Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in automation, ChatGPT, and Salesforce to take the lead in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you'll be pivotal in transforming how we interact with clients, automate internal processes, and unlock the full potential of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

AI and Automation Development:

• Develop and deploy AI-powered automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Build, fine-tune, and maintain AI models using ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, and other NLP frameworks.
• Integrate AI models into Salesforce (Peak, Streams, Einstein AI, GPT-powered solutions) and other platforms.
• Develop smart chatbots and virtual assistants to enhance customer service and internal operations.
• Leverage AI models to analyze large datasets and drive predictive decision-making.

Salesforce AI Integration:

• Design custom Salesforce AI solutions using Einstein AI and OpenAI-powered assistants.
• Automate lead qualification, sales forecasting, and support workflows in Salesforce.
• Implement AI-powered conversational workflows for elevated customer experiences.
• Optimize Salesforce with advanced AI models to drive data-driven decisions.

Process Automation and AI Optimization:

• Develop RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions for repetitive tasks.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance for all AI-powered solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in AI development, automation, or related fields.
• Proven experience with NLP, LLMs, ChatGPT/OpenAI, and AI.
• Strong background in Salesforce (Peak, Streams, Lightning Components, Einstein AI, API integrations).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for AI and automation development.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate, or Make.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Experience integrating AI models with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and AI-driven decision-making processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (Einstein AI, Salesforce GPT, etc.).
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models for AI-powered search.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google AI services).
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, AI ethics, and compliance regulations.
