Architectural Engineer – Project Management (BoM/BoQ Estimator)

Location: Saheednagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary: ₹10,000 per month

We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer for Project Management (Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity Estimator) to join our team in Bhubaneswar for USA Commercial Building Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project drawings to prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and project estimates.
• Interpret construction-ready drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify critical details.
• Create CAD drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and reports.
• Draft Signage Production drawings in AutoCAD.
• Track project progress and provide weekly updates as part of shared team responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Tech or B.Arch preferred). A diploma in Architecture will also be considered.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 1 year of experience required).
• Familiarity with business/technical software such as MS Office, MS Project, and other CAD tools.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 (for Junior or Entry-Level Engineers)

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Availability for a Day Shift schedule.
