???? What You Will Learn & Do

???? Software Development Training

Learn database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server
Understand web development using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, JavaScript, and C#

???? Software Development Lifecycle

Gain experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Participate in real-world type projects using MT SDLC processes

???? Mentorship & Team Collaboration

Work closely with experienced Miles IT Software Developers
Receive hands-on mentorship and real-time feedback while working on live or training projects

???? A Typical Day in the Role

Build full-stack web and desktop applications based on user stories and solution architecture
Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs in production environments
Maintain and optimize databases and applications
Develop enhancements and upgrades to existing systems
Deploy updates (hotfixes, version releases)
Perform functional, business logic, and regression testing
Join team ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.
Contribute to solution architecture and database design when needed

✅ Requirements

Required:

Fresh or upcoming graduate (within 1–3 months)
Experience in Full Stack Web Development
Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Fast learner with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently

Preferred:

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
CGPA > 8 / GPA 3.5–4.0 / >80%
Experience in:
- C#, VB, PHP, JavaScript
- HTML, CSS, Angular
- SQL Server, MySQL
- Git, Docker
- Microsoft & Linux environments
Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
Internships or part-time work during college
