We are looking for a proactive & results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves client interactions, business expansion, and customer satisfaction through strong communication and strategic sales efforts.

???? Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Management & Client Engagement

• Receive leads from Call Center Executives and other sources
• Initiate contact via email & phone calls to build relationships
• Schedule and conduct Google Meet demos to showcase our software solutions

✅ Customer Assistance & Sales

• Explain services & subscription plans to potential clients
• Assist users in setting up and navigating the software
• Provide real-time support & troubleshooting during demo and support calls
• Ensure prompt and professional customer service

???? Qualifications & Experience

???? Education: Graduate
???? Experience: 6 months - 1 year in Business Development (B2B SaaS preferred)

???? Key Skills
