B2B Business Development Executive – Student Accommodation (India Operations)

Location: Remote (India-Based) – Must be open to travel across India as required

Job Description:

Advice with Accounts Chennai Pvt Ltd is hiring a motivated and persuasive Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead B2B partnership efforts in India for our UK student accommodation project, Campus Corner – Nottingham, launching in September 2025. This remote role focuses on establishing collaborations with Indian study-abroad agencies to promote and fill UK-based student housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with study-abroad consultancies placing students in UK universities.
• Conduct cold calls, schedule virtual or in-person meetings, and present our accommodation offerings.
• Close B2B agreements offering commission per referred student.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Follow up on leads and assist students if required during the accommodation selection process.
• Take full ownership of the sales funnel — from lead generation to successful occupancy.
• Travel within India as needed to build partnerships (expenses reimbursed as per policy).

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or education consultancy.
• Should have experience in Study abroad agencies or consultancies atleast for 2 years
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Fluent in Hindi is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: Up to ₹40,000/month (based on experience).
• Commission: Uncapped earning potential (commission per confirmed student).
• Flexible, remote work environment with performance-based growth opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
