Job Role & Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Finance Operations vertical, responsible for determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank Statement Management: Extracting and reviewing bank statements as required.
Cash Application Processing:

  • Creating receipts and applying cash per remittance.
  • Performing bank reconciliation and adjustments for variance.
  • Processing refunds.
    Order to Cash Process: End-to-end management of customer inquiries, sales orders, delivery, and invoicing.
    Operational Support:
  • Participating in daily huddles and MIS reporting.
  • Supporting audit requirements and ensuring compliance with A/R procedures.
  • Acting as a backup to the team lead when required.
    Process Improvement:
  • Sharing workload with peers.
  • Submitting ideas for process and system improvements.

Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze and resolve queries efficiently.
Process Orientation – A structured approach to managing financial transactions.
Client Relationship Management – Strong ability to engage with stakeholders.
Excellent Communication Skills – Both written and verbal proficiency.
Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with Accounts Receivable, cash applications, and refund processes.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    Adaptability & Learning Agility – Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
    Leadership Skills – Ability to take on a lead role during the team lead’s absence.
