???? Key Responsibilities

✅ Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide enterprise-level technical support via phone, web, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues related to snapshots, replication, data recovery, cloud deployments, networking, and VMware administration
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems within customer environments
• Ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues to internal teams

✅ Customer Success & Technical Guidance

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners
• Provide real-time guidance on cloud infrastructure, best practices, and security
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated customer concerns
• Deliver prompt and accurate feedback to clients

✅ Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with engineering, escalations, and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to knowledge base, FAQs, and deployment guides
• Document and share best practices for cloud deployments and SaaS solutions

???? Required Skills & Experience

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
???? Experience: 3+ years in enterprise technical support/DevOps

???? Technical Skills:
✔ VMware, Linux, Kubernetes
✔ Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Azure
✔ Office 365 API, Database (MSQL preferred)
✔ Scripting (Python, Perl, etc.)
✔ Automation & Microservices Architecture
✔ SaaS system management & cloud deployments

✔ Strong problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
✔ Comfort with filing bugs and working with engineering teams
