???? What You’ll Do

1️⃣ Leading & Delivering Analysis

✔ Lead data engineering initiatives, providing original analysis and insights to project teams.
✔ Own and oversee analytics modules, ensuring seamless integration with case teams.

2️⃣ Thought Leadership & Strategy

✔ Establish credibility as a thought leader, partnering with teams on complex analytics topics.
✔ Draw insights from internal & external data engineering challenges.

3️⃣ Communication & Documentation

✔ Synthesize analytical insights and present results through reports, visualizations, and presentations (PPT slides, charts).
✔ Ensure all deliverables meet compliance standards before uploading to internal repositories.
✔ Secure confidential client information for marketing and reference materials.

4️⃣ Big Data & Cloud Technologies

✔ Select, integrate, and oversee the implementation of Big Data tools & frameworks for project needs.
✔ Lead the design & implementation of ETL processes across various architectures.
✔ Optimize system performance, scalability, and efficiency.

5️⃣ Vendor & Stakeholder Management

✔ Manage relationships with vendor teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
✔ Oversee vendor communications to maintain clear expectations with stakeholders.

???? What You’ll Bring

???? Education & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ 7-9 years of experience in Data Engineering across industries, delivering analytics solutions.
✔ Prior consulting experience is a plus.

???? Technical Expertise

✅ Strong understanding of distributed computing principles.
✅ Expertise in managing & optimizing Spark clusters.
✅ Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud.
✅ Experience in stream-processing systems like Storm or Spark-Streaming.
✅ Familiarity with Big Data querying tools (Pig, Hive, Impala).
✅ Knowledge of NoSQL databases (HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB).
✅ Experience with ETL frameworks (Nifi, Flume) & messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
✅ Understanding of Lambda Architecture & Big Data ML toolkits.
