As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) technology solutions.
You will lead initiatives to improve observability, optimize production support, and implement automation practices while fostering a culture of resilience and continuous improvement.
SRE Strategy and Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive SRE strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Lead a team of SRE professionals to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of GRC technology solutions.
Observability and Monitoring
Establish observability practices to provide real-time insights into system performance.
Implement and manage monitoring tools, metrics, and dashboards to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Production Support Optimization
Oversee end-to-end production support, including incident management, problem resolution, and SLA compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).
Enhancing GRC Customer Journeys
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, reliable technology experiences for customers.
Reliability Engineering Best Practices
Implement industry best practices such as error budgeting, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery planning.
Promote a culture focused on system reliability and resilience.
Automation and Efficiency
Champion automation to streamline workflows, deployment processes, and incident response.
Utilize orchestration tools to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience in building highly available distributed systems.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Expertise in monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
Leadership and Process Management:
Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and implement DevOps and SRE best practices.
Strong expertise in incident management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Deep understanding of observability tools and methodologies (e.g., logging, monitoring, tracing, and performance analysis).
Experience managing service performance, system testing, and automation workflows.
