The Global Mobility Team at BCG is a Center of Excellence for geographic moves, global internal and external secondments, and mobility policies.
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for consulting staff undergoing mobility experiences. Your role involves working closely with individuals, home and host offices, vendors, and internal experts to ensure a seamless transferee experience.
This role requires at least 8 years of experience in mobility, HR, compensation, or a related field, preferably in a professional services firm.
✔ Manage transfer cases by documenting and communicating terms in compliance with global policies.
✔ Support transferees with pre-move briefings and serve as the first point of contact for any queries.
✔ Coordinate with stakeholders including HR, Legal, Finance, and local mobility teams.
✔ Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and immigration requirements.
✔ Run cost estimates and employee net pay illustrations using Assignment Pro.
✔ Initiate vendor services and manage tracking using Assignment Pro.
✔ Monitor transfers and secondments, ensuring timely action on upcoming returns, extensions, or status changes.
✔ Ensure real-time and accurate data entry in mobility systems.
✔ Provide training to new and existing mobility, HR, and finance staff.
✔ Actively participate in weekly Global Mobility team calls for case discussions and process improvements.
✔ Engage in process upgrades and enhance mobility tools and technologies.
✔ Become an AssignmentPro Super User, if interested.
???? Education: Bachelor's degree from a premier institute.
???? Experience: 8+ years in mobility, HR, professional development, or compensation, preferably in a professional services firm.
???? Technical & Analytical Skills:
✔ ERP & Mobility Software: Experience with Workday and Assignment Pro (preferred).
✔ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern tools like Trello, Slack, and SharePoint.
✔ Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify key issues, problem-solve, and propose innovative solutions.
