Job Description

To support our exceptional teams in creating great products and driving growth, we are looking for a Junior Engineer - Testing based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in test analyzers for switches and routers.
• Commission new test setups for networking products.
• Ensure zero downtime for analyzers and FA shop floor.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and AMC for test equipment and spare parts.
• Update TCL scripts and modify test applications in Linux and Windows (LabVIEW) environments.
• Document test equipment data, define test work instructions and procedures for production lines.
• Train line operators on testing procedures.
• Drive cost reduction projects in the mechanics shop floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) and clients for troubleshooting and new product introductions (NPIs).
• Maintain test equipment and spare asset resources.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
• 2-5 years of experience in Test Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CCNA and networking concepts.
• Experience with C, C++, and Python scripting.
