Role Purpose

As a Senior Engineer – .NET Developer, you’ll be a key contributor to Accelya’s Incubation Team, responsible for technical design, software architecture, development, and AWS service integration. This role combines hands-on development, mentorship, and strategic planning, playing a vital part in shaping scalable, performant software systems aligned with Accelya’s mission and global strategy.

What You’ll Do

Software Development

• Design, code, and implement high-quality software using .NET Core.

• Deliver scalable, maintainable, and robust applications in a microservices architecture.

AWS Integration

• Leverage AWS services including DynamoDB, Athena, Lambda, EventBridge, S3, and more.

• Design performant, cloud-native systems ensuring efficient use of AWS infrastructure.

Technical Leadership

• Collaborate across teams with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.

• Provide mentorship to junior developers and help define technical best practices.

Architecture & Design

• Partner with architects and senior engineers to shape system architecture and integration strategies.

• Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in scalability, security, and performance.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across development and production.

• Support internal users and stakeholders to maintain smooth software operations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of software development experience in .NET Core.

• Hands-on experience integrating AWS services including:

  • DynamoDB, Athena, EventBridge, Lambda, S3

• Proficient in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Exposure to test automation and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• AWS Certifications such as:

  • AWS Certified Developer – Associate

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
    (Highly Desirable)
