Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Python and ML Operations Architect to join the Data Science Team, which plays a critical role in the company's ambitious 2025 strategy. This role involves working closely with Data Scientists, Python Developers, and the Engineering division to establish robust ML pipelines and pathways for scalable production solutions.

You will support iterative delivery, production monitoring, process automation, and reproducibility of models and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review production-quality Python code to enable Data Science and ML predictions.
• Design and implement efficient and reproducible ML pipelines.
• Enable production monitoring of Data Science and ML solutions.
• Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure with cost efficiency in mind.
• Critically evaluate available technical options and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Maintain existing codebases and cloud models, while developing new solutions from scratch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in software development using Python 3 in a Data Science or ML team.
• Proven experience in delivering Data Science and/or ML solutions to production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Ability to propose innovative, efficient, and impactful solutions to technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in alternative assets like private equity or venture capital, is a plus.
