Position: Technical Support Engineer
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Shift: Day shift, Fixed shift

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support:

  • Provide online technical support for resolving hardware and software issues related to:

    • Data Loggers

    • Scanners

    • Temperature Transmitters

    • RH Transmitters

    • Indicators

    • IoT Devices

    • Cloud Dashboards

• Documentation Preparation:

  • Create and maintain technical documents, including:

    • Calibration Reports

    • Qualification Reports

    • Product Manuals

    • Service Reports

• Quotation Management:

  • Prepare and send AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and service quotations with accurate pricing and service terms.

• Payment Follow-Up:

  • Regularly follow up with clients regarding payment collection for services rendered.

• Client Interaction:

  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, assist with product customization, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

• Product Knowledge:

  • Continuously update technical knowledge and stay informed about new product releases and service enhancements.

• Reporting:

  • Assist in compiling and sharing reports on client queries, service performance, and follow-ups with the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of technical products including data loggers, scanners, transmitters, and IoT devices.

• Problem-Solving:

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues remotely.

• Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions, technical explanations, and documentation.

• Customer Service Orientation:

  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Time Management:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up on pending issues, and maintain organized documentation.
