Naadi was founded in early 2020 with the goal to digitalize and streamline the highly unorganised Home Interiors Industry. Since its inception, we have onboarded over 150 factories across India onto our platform, launching tools for the digitalization of manufacturing processes in the home interiors industry. Our mission is to solve issues related to transparency, control, and workforce dependency, while improving efficiency in home interior manufacturing units.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Implementation Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for deploying, configuring, and integrating our software solutions in client factories. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, the factory team, and development teams to ensure smooth implementation, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Deployment & Configuration: Install, configure, and integrate software solutions based on client requirements.

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with the client’s team to understand their needs, provide technical consultation, and ensure successful implementation.

• Customization & Integration: Configure software settings and integrate with third-party systems.

• Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, diagnose issues, and collaborate with the development team to resolve software bugs.

• Training & Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation, and assist with post-implementation support.

• Project Collaboration: Work alongside factory teams, developers, and factory owners to ensure smooth project execution.

• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to implementation workflows and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Experience with software installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS software implementation.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in software implementation, IT support, or a similar role is preferred.

Work Environment & Benefits:

• Open to relocation to major cities in India for 3-6 months.
