Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems and a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Provide technical support for on-call escalations and perform root cause analysis for reported issues
✔️ Independently resolve tickets within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
✔️ Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
✔️ Contribute to value-adding activities such as:

• Database updates & management
• Training freshers and guiding junior analysts
  ✔️ Ensure a positive customer experience and high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) by focusing on First Call Resolution (FCR) and minimizing rejected/returned cases

Who Can Apply?

✅ Qualification: B-Tech (Mandatory)
✅ Experience: 2.5 - 5 years in a relevant domain
✅ Skills Required: IVR, Network Voice, UCC (Unified Communications & Collaboration)
