Role Overview

The Territory Customer Support Engineer – Jodhpur will be responsible for:
✔️ Installing and maintaining laboratory instruments and systems.
✔️ Providing basic operational training upon installation.
✔️ Ensuring timely Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Modification (MOD) planning.
✔️ Troubleshooting technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
✔️ Maintaining excellent customer relationships with direct accounts.
✔️ Following field service policies, procedures, and standards.
✔️ Managing spare parts inventory for assigned products.
✔️ Traveling within the territory and being available for short-notice trips.

This position is part of the Service Team-North India and reports to the State Service Manager for Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

???? Provide on-site technical support for diagnostic instruments.
???? Support healthcare advancements by ensuring instrument uptime and reliability.
???? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
???? Troubleshoot networking and interface issues related to diagnostic equipment.
???? Prioritize and address customer needs efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

✔️ Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering (or related fields with electrical/electronics coursework).
✔️ Experience: Minimum 3+ years working with In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay).
✔️ Technical Skills:

Networking & Interface troubleshooting experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and Networking concepts.
✔️ Problem-Solving Ability: Logical troubleshooting skills and ability to escalate complex issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Prior experience with handling Immunoassay, Hematology, or Chemistry Analyzers independently.
➕ Ability to differentiate application vs. service-related issues and collaborate to resolve them.
➕ Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams for enhanced customer satisfaction.
