Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of automated processes, including performing root cause analysis for troubleshooting issues and implementing permanent fixes where required.

• Ideate and implement data-driven business insights for effective and efficient system and automated process

• Collaborate with key stakeholders – Process team, technology partner & Product owners

• Quickly grasp new processes and ensure seamless support & execution

• Pursue continuous improvement in execution, lead intelligent automation, and monitor compliance with policies.

• Responsible for improving the control environment by ensuring satisfactory audit experience and enhancing internal controls.

• Responsible for and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), internal guidelines, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Support/participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.

• Ensure controls & compliance with prevailing policies & procedures such as SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment, and support Statutory/Internal audits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in automation/system support / RPA
• Effective People leadership skill
• Functional knowledge on Finance and Finance applications/technology
• Strong knowledge of RPA, well-Developed Analytical Skills including financial accounting / reporting understanding.
• Change management exposure, including establishing new processes
• A fast/keen learner with the ability to learn a detailed process quickly.
• Ability to share technical knowledge and proactively encourage others to do the same.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
