Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy future-ready digital products using modern tools and technologies such as Python, AWS/Azure cloud platforms, Generative AI, and OpenAI APIs.

You will be responsible for building scalable back-end APIs, integrating enterprise systems, leveraging AI-driven content management, and exploring innovative solutions through Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Deploy: Build and deploy future-ready digital products using Python and cloud-based platforms (AWS or Azure).
• API & Microservices Development: Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices for seamless enterprise integration.
• Cloud & DevOps Integration: Utilize CI/CD pipelines, version control, and containerization tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Octopus, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Innovative Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Conduct hands-on PoCs using custom development, low-code/no-code (LC/NC) tools, enterprise SaaS solutions, and third-party integrations.
• AI & Content Management: Develop AI-driven solutions for content retrieval, search, summarization, classification, curation, and reporting.
• Technology Research: Stay up to date with advancements in AI tools, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work with backend and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Python (backend microservices & APIs).
• 2+ years of hands-on Python experience in AI, data analytics, and content processing.
• Strong experience with enterprise REST API integration.
• Proficiency in backend frameworks and tools for microservices-based architectures.
• Experience with SQL (relational databases) & NoSQL (ElasticSearch, DynamoDB); familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and AI/ML services.
• Deep understanding of text embeddings, semantic search, and advanced data retrieval techniques.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Octopus, and containerization tools such as Docker & Kubernetes.
• Expertise in building secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade solutions, particularly in Generative AI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Azure Storage, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure OpenAI).
• Familiarity with TypeScript, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and front-end technologies.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT-4, GPT-3.5, Gemini, and similar AI technologies.
• Understanding of Gen AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, BabyAGI).
• Expertise in content management best practices, AI-driven search, and reporting.
• Ability to evaluate and compare third-party AI tools to identify optimal solutions.
