???? Role & Responsibilities:

Zouk is looking for an Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team and manage full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

• Determining selection criteria for candidates.

• Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).

• Planning and executing interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

• Assessing candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System.

• Designing job descriptions and interview questions specific to each role.

• Leading employer branding initiatives.

• Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.

• Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

✅ Who Are We Looking For?:

An ideal candidate should have:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in the Lifestyle, Fashion, and Retail Industry (essential).

• A solid understanding of different roles within an organization.
