Job Title: AR Caller – Voice Process

Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Shift & Schedule:

• Night shift

• US shift

• Monday to Friday

• Shift Timings:

  • 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

  • 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience:

  • Freshers welcome

  • 1+ years of experience in voice process preferred

• Education:

  • Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status updates and eligibility verification

• Document denials and perform necessary follow-ups

• Work on outstanding claims / accounts receivable reports from clients or systems

• Ensure timely follow-ups on unpaid claims by contacting insurance carriers

• May be assigned to processes including:

  • Insurance Follow-up

  • Patient Calling

  • Provider Outreach Program

• Accurately maintain individual daily logs and meet performance targets

• Assist team members and work collaboratively to achieve team goals

• Follow Medusind's Information Security Policy, client-specific guidelines, quality standards, and business rules

• Proactively escalate issues or delays to senior team members as needed
