Position: Call Center Executive
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Shift: Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Handle high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and schedule client appointments.

  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales, meeting individual and team sales targets.

  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency in video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant software
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
