Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in program or project management and staffing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delivering results through successful program design and execution
• Strong ability to gain buy-in for ideas and influence external partners or clients
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with analytical skills
• Creative and strategic thinking with a process-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and remote teams
• Passion for working with students and initiatives aimed at building a more representative workforce

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for student program initiatives to build a robust candidate pipeline for Google
• Support key programs to advance Google's commitment to providing inclusive and equitable experiences for interns
• Manage project plans to ensure the successful delivery of various initiatives, supporting interns and their hosts
• Set project goals and use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate orientation sessions and training for interns and hosts
• Build rapport and credibility with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop content and provide valuable feedback to help achieve project goals

About the Role:

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
