Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for students in various subjects (Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.).
• Provide personalized teaching strategies tailored to each student's needs.
• Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and exercises to reinforce students' understanding.
• Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and project work.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and challenges.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Stay updated on educational trends and integrate best practices into your teaching techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
• Strong understanding of the subject(s) you will teach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable way.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current teaching tools and techniques.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an advantage.

Experience

• Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially in formal or informal settings, is preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, primarily in the evenings and weekends, depending on student availability.
