Job Description:

As an Analyst (Fresher), you will be responsible for executing projects for investment banks, lenders, asset managers, hedge funds, large corporations, and consultancy firms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

✔ Project Execution: Analyze and interpret financial data to support investment decisions.
✔ Work Approach: Design project methodologies based on client requirements.
✔ Financial Analysis: Perform basic financial analysis and structure findings effectively.
✔ Financial Modeling & Valuation: Conduct financial modeling and valuation assignments.
✔ Deal Support: Assist in due diligence and deal structuring activities.
✔ Client Interaction: Confidently present analysis and deliverables to clients and project leads.
✔ Timeline Management: Assist project leads in setting realistic project timelines.
✔ Risk Identification: Identify potential risks and escalate issues to project leads.
✔ Sanity Checks: Perform logical verification of financial data beyond just numerical accuracy.

Knowledge Required:

✔ Essential:

• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Knowledge of various modeling and valuation concepts.

✔ Desirable:

• Exposure to CMBS markets and financial data reporting.
• Experience with third-party reports, loan documents, and borrower financial analysis.

Skills Required:

✔ Essential:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent secondary research capabilities.

✔ Desirable:

• Business acumen in analytics, business valuation, and financial research.
• Proficiency in MS Excel financial modeling.
