Manage the end-to-end Benefits Operations for the India market, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Benefit Operations Management:
Ensure the accuracy of processing, benefit accounting, tax filing, and other related payments.
Manage the entire benefits function across multiple vendors and internal teams.
Compliance & Documentation:
Validate and audit processes related to Provident Fund, India PF Trust, NPS, Gratuity, and Pension.
Ensure legislative, compliance, and internal reporting requirements are met.
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update process flows regularly.
Employee Support & Vendor Management:
Handle employee queries on retirals, medical, and other benefits via email servicing.
Manage the invoice settlement process and ensure the accuracy of vendor billings.
Collaborate with customer-facing vendor teams to enhance the employee experience.
Audit & Reporting:
Lead internal, regulatory, and statutory audits by providing detailed documentation.
Prepare and monitor quality metrics, drive process improvements, and ensure timely reporting.
Collaboration & Escalation Management:
Work with cross-functional partners to source information and meet customer expectations.
Escalate critical issues to appropriate management for prompt resolution.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of benefits and compliance specific to the India market.
Accuracy & Control: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in benefit operations.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Collaboration: Work across internal teams, vendors, and business partners to achieve objectives.
Experience:
2+ years of experience with an MBA (Finance/HR) or 3+ years with a Commerce Degree.
Proven expertise in end-to-end benefits operations in large organizations.
Technical & Functional Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Comprehensive knowledge of AMEX systems, Retirals, Medical, and Employee Benefits.
Ability to manage servicing operations for APAC markets.
Behavioral Skills:
Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and compliance.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to challenge the status quo.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a focus on achieving shared goals.
Resilience: Adaptability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
