Role Overview:

As a BI Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and automating solutions that streamline business processes. You will focus on ThoughtSpot (TS) configuration, data preparation, problem-solving, and automation, working closely with stakeholders to improve efficiency through data-driven insights and technical expertise. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, programming skills, and experience with business intelligence and automation tools. You will manage the end-to-end setup, development, and maintenance of the 3rd party hosted TSE solution.

What You’ll Do:

• Solution Development: Develop and configure TSA & TSE solutions to meet business needs.

• Product Configuration: Manage ThoughtSpot (TS) product configuration and provide expertise in troubleshooting.

• Data Preparation: Prepare, clean, and manage data for reporting, automation, and analytics.

• Problem Solving: Identify and solve technical and business problems using analytical and programming skills.

• Solution Alignment: Map use cases and align solutions with business objectives.

• Process Optimization: Design and implement tools and automation to optimize processes.

• Technical Work: Work with SQL databases, ThoughtSpot, and ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Integration: Integrate APIs and develop scripts to enhance automation and efficiency.

• Collaboration: Work with Acadia senior leadership and client stakeholders, document technical solutions, and provide debugging support.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot (ThoughtSpot certification is a plus).

• Programming Expertise: Strong skills in CSS and JavaScript.

• API Integration & Automation: Experience with API integration and automation frameworks.

• Relevant Role Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role involving data, automation, and solution development.

• Data Analysis & Visualization: Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

• SQL Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL and database management.

• ETL/ELT Knowledge: Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes for data transformation.

• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.

• Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation abilities.

• UI Development: UI development experience is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Self-starter with excellent listening, presenting, and interpersonal communication skills.
