Job Overview:

Elevate is recruiting for a Data Analyst in our Law Firm Operations team. This role involves reviewing documents, validating data, and creating spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review documents to verify the accuracy of captured data based on provided guidelines.

• Validate pre-populated data by correcting, deleting, or re-entering information.

• Enter data from source documents into prescribed spreadsheets or forms.

• Interpret data and categorize document types.

• Meet daily targets for document review.

• Good communication skills (reading, verbal, and written).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in accurate data processing.

• Strong keyboard skills with proven ability to enter data at the required speed.

• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

• Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures.

• Education: Any Bachelor’s degree required.

• Formal computer training preferred.
