Job Title: E-commerce Specialist (Part-time)

Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana
Pay: ₹3,500 - ₹5,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shift

We are expanding our gifting business to include e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. If you're passionate about gifting and love roses and gifts, we welcome both experienced professionals and freshers who are knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms.

Job Description:

As an E-commerce Specialist, your role will involve managing and updating product listings, ensuring high-quality content and images, handling customer orders, and managing returns and refunds. You will be responsible for maintaining daily reports and keeping track of all orders on e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platforms Management: Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Content Creation: Write compelling product descriptions and upload quality images to attract buyers.
Daily Updates: Regularly update product listings and make necessary edits to ensure accuracy.
Order Management: Handle account-related tasks such as refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Customer Support: Address any issues related to the escalation of tickets on e-commerce platforms.
Sales & Advertising: Responsible for advertising and sales generation on online platforms.
Reporting: Maintain daily reports for all orders and ensure proper records are kept.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years in e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. (preferred).
Computer & Internet Access: Must have a computer and internet connection.
Skills: Knowledge of shipping formats, self-ship, and easy ship options on e-commerce platforms.
