E-commerce Logistics Coordinator (Full-Time, Bangalore, US Hours)

Jennifer Taylor Home, a leading U.S.-based manufacturer, importer, designer, and worldwide distributor of upholstered home furnishings, is looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and order fulfillment operations.

This role is ideal for someone with basic experience in e-commerce logistics or order management, who is eager to learn and grow in an international company. The position will be based in our Bangalore office and will support U.S. logistics operations, coordinating with 3PL providers, freight carriers, and ecommerce platforms.

This is a night shift role supporting U.S. business hours. We offer a competitive salary, and training opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Order Processing & Coordination

• Assist in order entry and processing for e-commerce shipments.
• Update order details in NetSuite ERP, 3PL systems, and ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.).
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouses and shipping providers.

✅ Shipping & Freight Management

• Generate shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight).
• Assist in preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and tracking freight pickups.
• Work with 3PL partners to confirm shipping schedules and resolve issues.

✅ Returns & Claims Handling

• Support the processing of return merchandise and track refund/replacement requests.
• Assist in filing freight claims for damaged or lost shipments.

✅ Data Entry & Logistics Support

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in logistics systems.
• Help track shipping costs and freight invoices.
• Support logistics reports and inventory reconciliation with warehouse teams.

✅ Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with the U.S. logistics team, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
• Use Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook for communication and coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 1-3 years of experience in logistics, order processing, or ecommerce fulfillment (preferred, but not required).
✔ Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics (DTC website, Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data entry.
✔ Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus, but not required).
✔ Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across teams.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST (U.S. Business Hours)
Work Location: Bangalore Office (onsite position)

Base Salary: ₹450,000 - ₹650,000 per year (depending on experience).
