About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executives (Freshers welcome!) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting online business operations across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in listing and managing products on various e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams for product details, images, pricing, and inventory updates
• Monitor orders, returns, and shipment tracking
• Handle basic customer issue queries and feedback
• Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements
• Support day-to-day administrative e-commerce tasks

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms (basic training will be provided)
• Interest in online sales and digital platforms
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
