OSTTRA India is seeking a Specialist in Operations Analysis to support post-trade services for a global client community. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing production support, customer service, and onboarding assistance while contributing to the innovation of post-trade workflows.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Client Support & Query Management

• Assist clients with access management, system workflow, trade workflow, connectivity issues, and customization requests.
• Provide email and hotline support to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client profile configurations and ensure compliance with SLAs.

✔ Onboarding & Testing

• Help new clients set up and conduct UAT testing before going live.
• Assist in trading permissions and registration on MarkitSERV platforms.
• Guide participants through the electronic trading and settlement process.

✔ Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Provide in-depth analysis and feedback for client requests.
• Inform customers about upcoming changes and product updates.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system configurations.

What We Are Looking For

???? Education & Experience:

• University graduate (preferred).
• 3-8 years of experience in financial markets operations.
• Knowledge of OTC and FX products, trade clearing procedures, and application support is a plus.
• Prior experience with Traiana applications is highly advantageous.

???? Skills & Abilities:
✔ Strong client-service and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
✔ Strong team management and operational control awareness.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
