As a Production Analyst (Customer Success Associate), you will be responsible for processing and quality-assuring electronic medical records requests. This role supports the secure exchange of health information while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Process electronic medical records requests securely and accurately.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act requirements.
Verify adherence to customer-specific processing requirements.
Handle support ticket escalations and contribute to maintaining accurate client documentation.
Monitor communication channels (email, chat, portal) for feedback and resolution needs.
Escalate and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Educate clients on available services and assess their needs.
Support the implementation of process improvements as needed.
Medical Records Request Processing: 3 years (Required)
EMR/EHR Systems Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
(AthenaHealth, Epic, Cerner, Greenway, etc.)
Healthcare Domain Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Total Work Experience: 4 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
Strong attention to detail and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Reliable and timely work ethic, with the ability to follow set schedules.
Comfortable using technology and working independently in a remote environment.
Ability to grasp complex healthcare and technical concepts quickly.
Empathy, patience, and creativity in handling customer issues.
