Role Summary

As a Production Analyst (Customer Success Associate), you will be responsible for processing and quality-assuring electronic medical records requests. This role supports the secure exchange of health information while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process electronic medical records requests securely and accurately.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act requirements.

• Verify adherence to customer-specific processing requirements.

• Handle support ticket escalations and contribute to maintaining accurate client documentation.

• Monitor communication channels (email, chat, portal) for feedback and resolution needs.

• Escalate and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Educate clients on available services and assess their needs.

• Support the implementation of process improvements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Medical Records Request Processing: 3 years (Required)

• EMR/EHR Systems Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  (AthenaHealth, Epic, Cerner, Greenway, etc.)

• Healthcare Domain Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

• Total Work Experience: 4 years (Preferred)

• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and understanding of HIPAA compliance.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Reliable and timely work ethic, with the ability to follow set schedules.

• Comfortable using technology and working independently in a remote environment.

• Ability to grasp complex healthcare and technical concepts quickly.

• Empathy, patience, and creativity in handling customer issues.
