Job Summary:

We are hiring Research Associates for an AI project located in Gurgaon. The primary focus will be on Prompt Writing, Annotation, and Labeling, aimed at improving an AI engine. Successful candidates will need excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create prompts and responses efficiently within set timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on client projects to train generative AI models by creating prompts and responses.

• Generate prompts and responses based on given examples and instructions.

• Collaborate using tools such as Slack, Teams, and SharePoint for project learning and team communication.

• Learn new software programs to enhance job skills.

• Provide supporting documentation when the AI fails.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 - 2 years

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

• Preferred: Understanding of AI

• Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail

  • A "get it done" attitude with accountability and teamwork focus
