Position: Senior Revenue Analyst

???? Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
???? Shift: Night Shift

The Senior Revenue Analyst will play a key role in revenue recognition, financial audits, and billing operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

???? Revenue & Billing Operations
✔ Review sales quotes, deal negotiations, and initial billing.
✔ Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition standards.
✔ Assist in the NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management module implementation.
✔ Prepare deal/contract summaries for material transactions.

???? Accounting & Financial Audits
✔ Prepare journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable.
✔ Assist in financial audits, including reconciliations and external auditor communication.
✔ Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.

???? Cross-Functional Collaboration
✔ Work closely with Sales Operations, Customer Support, and Collection teams to reconcile customer accounts.
✔ Assist in managing and resolving billing & revenue operation cases.

???? Process Improvements
✔ Identify and assist in implementing process improvements, including SOX-related controls.
✔ Support and participate in revenue accounting and order-to-cash cycle projects.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
✔ 1-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

???? Technical Skills:
✔ Experience with NetSuite or major ERP systems (preferred).
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
✔ Software/SaaS industry experience is a must.

???? Soft Skills:
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
