The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented SEO Analyst to join our team at ProFootballNetwork.com, focused on U.S. sports. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO practices and a strong understanding of U.S. sports content, working remotely during the night shift. You will help optimize content and ensure our platform remains competitive in search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords for content development.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize site content to improve keyword density, meta titles, meta descriptions, heading labels, internal linking, tags, and other on-page elements in alignment with SEO best practices.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content that aligns with the overall strategy and addresses audience needs.
• Analysis and Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports on SEO metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Conduct regular analysis to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical site audits to identify issues such as indexing problems, 404 errors, poor page load speeds, broken links, etc., and provide recommendations for resolution.
• SEO Audits: Perform ongoing SEO audits to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and suggest improvements.
• CMS Management: Use CMS to publish content and fix on-page issues like titles, descriptions, headings, and anchor text.

Required Skills & Experience:

• SEO Expertise: 1+ year of experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role.
• SEO Tools: Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SEOquake.
• Technical SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and front-end web development. Ability to perform on-page optimizations using CMS platforms.
• Content Management Systems: Familiarity with CMS to publish and manage content, fixing on-page issues.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, report findings, and make recommendations.
• Time Management: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• PPC Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with PPC campaign management (1+ year).
• Problem-Solving: Creative thinking, issue identification, and resolution in a results-driven environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across tasks.

Education:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications).
• Required: Relevant experience in SEO.
