This role is part of the Controllers Organization and reports to the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. It focuses on Spot Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) Calculation and Reporting, with key responsibilities in managing a team, ensuring accurate and compliant regulatory reporting under US Basel requirements, and liaising across multiple departments including Risk, Treasury, FP&A, Enterprise Tech, and Operations.
Manage a team of analysts in the Basel RWA Reporting process as per US regulatory requirements.
Ensure end-to-end accuracy and integrity of RWA results, processes, and documentation.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Basel rules and train junior staff accordingly.
Lead RWA result analysis and respond to queries from regulators and internal business units.
Drive collaboration with business, tech, and operations teams to overcome delivery and execution challenges.
Implement strategic frameworks, tools, and methodologies in alignment with team goals.
Work closely with the Risk & Controls team to ensure a strong internal controls environment.
6–8+ years of experience in financial services and regulatory reporting.
4+ years of managerial experience.
Deep knowledge of Basel RWA calculations and regulatory reporting.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and design repeatable, efficient reporting processes.
Strong technical problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communicator with ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
Master’s degree (preferred)
