We are looking for an enthusiastic 3D Design Specialist for Marvelous Designer to join our Bengaluru office.

Marvelous Designer's 3D Design Specialist focuses on software training and content creation for creator users. As a specialist in the industry with plenty of knowledge of Marvelous Designer, we help users understand how to make more creative artwork with our software and various 3D/CG tools.

As the first member of the Marvelous Designer Team in Bengaluru, this position will engage in a wide range of initiatives to strengthen the user experience, including providing training sessions or relevant content, responding to inquiries, and sharing user feedback with the Development Team in global offices.

Responsibilities

• • Providing enterprise/academy user training and solution consultation based on each client’s needs and pipeline
  • Produce training content or conduct seminars and online streamings to target a variety of users to make it easier for creators in India to utilize Marvelous Designer
  • Constantly be proactive in approaching a new studio, engage with the users, and be a user-focused mindset to support their needs and feedback on software
  • Set up our own social media platforms and create/release content and events based on analysis of India user trends
  • Collect/analyze client requirements and share them with the global R&D team and each business team of Marvelous Designer
  • Collaborate with Marvelous Designer's global team to plan and execute various projects

Requirements

• • More than 5 years of experience in the game, VFX, or animation industry, which is relevant to Marvelous Designer
  • Understanding of workflows in the CG works or having knowledge of CG/3D software, including Maya, 3Ds Max, Substance, Blender, and Houdini
  • You must disclose works using the above software in your portfolio
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant role and industry, including graphic design, media creation
  • Using refined English to work with global team members while having the ability to use Hindi or other languages to communicate with local users.
  • Tech savvy – As a member of a software/tech company, candidates must quickly adapt to new software and show proficiency with technology.
  • Agile, with proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and adhere to tight deadlines

Plus if you have

• • Ability to use video production tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Experience in using ZBrush, Houdini, or Unreal Engine
  • Experience in conducting training on software use
  • Knowledge of pattern-making and relevant tools including CLO, Marvelous Designer, Optitex, VStitcher, etc.
