About the Role

Ad Scholars is looking for a Junior Creative to join our energetic team! If you’re passionate about design, branding, and digital innovation, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge web and mobile projects and bring your creativity to life.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop innovative digital designs for rich media banners and interactive ads.
✅ Use Google Web Designer and other platforms to create engaging content.
✅ Ensure responsive design across multiple devices.
✅ Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to execution.

What We’re Looking For

???? Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to innovate in branding and digital design.
???? Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for interactive content.
✔ Experience with Google Web Designer & rich media ad tools.
✔ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) is a plus.
???? Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
???? Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

✔ JavaScript for interactive/animated web content – 1 year (Preferred)
✔ Developing rich media banners – 1 year (Preferred)
✔ Digital asset design with Adobe Photoshop – 1 year (Preferred)
