Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate – Customer Support (Non-Voice Process)

???? Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Currently Sec 63, shifting to Sec 142 in 2-3 months)
???? Job Type: Full-time | On-site
???? Salary:

  • Associate: ₹2,50,000 - ₹2,75,000 per year (6 months to 1 year experience)
  • Senior Associate: ₹3,20,000 per year (1+ year of BPO experience)
    Shift: Rotational shifts (Day/Night, including odd hours)
    ???? Working Days: 5 days a week | Rotational week offs
    ???? Cab Facility: Available

Company Overview:

AIONOS is hiring for Customer Support Associates and Senior Associates to handle chat and email-based customer queries in the travel/aviation sector. If you have experience in BPO customer service and excellent communication skills, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team!


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide chat and email support to airline passengers.
✅ Assist customers with ticketing, luggage issues, and travel-related queries.
✅ Ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer concerns.
✅ Work in rotational shifts, including odd hours.


Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate (mandatory).
Experience:

  • Associate: Minimum 6-12 months of BPO customer service experience.
  • Senior Associate: Minimum 1 year of Travel/Aviation BPO experience.
    Skills:
  • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Typing speed 25-30 WPM (Typing test required).
  • Good problem-solving and customer service skills.

Selection Process:

2️⃣ Operations Interview (Virtual)
3️⃣ Typing Test (Virtual) – Minimum 25-30 WPM required
4️⃣ Versant Test (Conducted in-office)
