Key Responsibilities

As the Entrepreneurial Leader of Indiaventura, you will:

• Develop and Scale Indiaventura: Lead the growth and success of our niche travel brand focused on India.
• Forge Local Partnerships: Build relationships with partners in India to deliver unique travel experiences.
• Design Inspiring Travel Packages: Create unforgettable trips that exceed customer expectations.
• Optimize Online Presence: Ensure the brand’s website showcases the offerings in a visually compelling way.
• Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with Ventura’s marketing team to identify and reach target audiences.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Put travelers at the forefront and ensure world-class support.
• Build and Lead a Team: Recruit and manage a high-performing team to drive brand success.

What You Bring to the Table

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Passion for India, its people, traditions, and diversity.
• Charismatic personality with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for challenges and innovation.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (our company language).
• Professional experience in travel or tour operations.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
• Fluency in Indian languages or other languages relevant to your market (e.g., German, French).
• Leadership experience in managing a team.
• Knowledge of travel industry best practices and customer journey optimization.
