About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr. Partner Relationship Manager to lead our expansion into emerging markets including LATAM, India, and the Middle East. This is a quota-carrying role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and has experience in managing strategic partnerships and reseller networks.

You will work at the intersection of partner strategy, enablement, sales, and marketing to drive market visibility, growth, and customer success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive partner relationships in emerging markets—from onboarding to market domination.

  • Identify and build reseller relationships with top SI (System Integrator) partners.

  • Negotiate and formalize reseller agreements, supporting their market launch.

  • Act as subject matter expert and portfolio owner for go-to-market and sales enablement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Partner Teams).

  • Guide partners and internal teams with strategic, data-backed growth strategies.

  • Manage day-to-day partner communications and processes.

  • Coordinate with the global partnerships team to align strategy and share best practices.

  • Track and report performance through OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in partner management and launching reseller programs.

  • Proven success working with technology and solutions partners.

  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.

  • Strategic thinker with sound business judgment and financial acumen.

  • Strong networking and communication skills with a high-energy, collaborative approach.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable with international travel.
