Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic YouTube SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm and SEO best practices, with a track record of optimizing video content to drive engagement and increase visibility. You will work closely with our content creators and marketing teams to develop strategies that maximize our clients' reach and impact on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic topics and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags accordingly.
• Analyze and improve video performance through data-driven insights, including viewer retention, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop video content that aligns with SEO strategies and audience interests.
• Implement best practices for YouTube channel optimization, including playlist organization and video scheduling.
• Monitor trends in video marketing and adjust strategies to keep pace with changes in the YouTube algorithm.
• Provide regular reports on video performance and SEO metrics to stakeholders, offering recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on YouTube SEO or video marketing.
• Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithm and best practices for video optimization.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics) to track and analyze performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
