What You'll Do:

• Social Media Management: Help manage and grow Welli's presence on platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
• Content Creation: Assist with creating graphics, short videos, and captions aligned with brand guidelines.
• SEO and Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing SEO-driven blogs and website content.
• Paid Campaigns: Help plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Community Engagement: Engage with online communities, influencers, and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness.
• Email Marketing: Assist with email marketing, automation, and tracking campaign performance.

What We're Looking For:

• An innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, and marketing tools (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to take initiative, adapt to trends, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
