Job Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic and tactical marketing campaigns to promote our proctoring solution in the LMS/EdTech sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, implement marketing campaigns, and optimize digital channels to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

???? Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
???? Manage organic and paid marketing campaigns, including content creation, PPC, event management, social media, lead generation, and copywriting.
???? Optimize Google Ads and other digital marketing channels for brand visibility and lead generation.
???? Oversee email marketing, CRM funnels, and lead nurturing efforts.
???? Write blogs and valuable content to engage the target audience.
???? Create marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and banners.
???? Build strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
???? Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
???? Plan and manage the marketing budget quarterly and annually.
???? Analyze KPIs and customer behavior to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
???? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ Education:

• Master’s degree (required) in Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.

✅ Experience:

• 5+ years in marketing (required), specifically in an IT company (SaaS or PaaS).
• 4+ years in the LMS or EdTech sector is preferred.

✅ Skills & Expertise:

• Proven ability to design and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of website analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Expertise in Google AdWords, SEO, PPC, CRM software, and lead funnel management.
• Experience with B2B outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and educational technology strategies.
• Strong content marketing and copywriting skills.
