Key Responsibilities

• Oversee event registration, participant records, and coordinate event staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for all event-related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure all event materials and equipment are prepared ahead of time.
• Plan and track event budgets, ensuring events remain within financial limits.
• Perform on-site event management, providing assistance where necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
• Monitor participant feedback to improve future events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

• Must be available to work weekends and evenings based on event schedules.
• Expected to work 20-25 hours per week.
