PPC Specialist & Marketing Manager (Part-Time | Work from Home)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Meta Ads & Funnel Optimization

???? Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across multiple landing pages.
???? Develop ad creatives, including static and video ads.
???? Analyze campaign performance and identify the most effective funnels.
???? Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies to improve conversion rates.
???? Adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation.
???? Track user behavior using Microsoft Clarity and provide insights for optimization.
???? Generate performance reports with actionable recommendations.

2. Marketing & Process Optimization

???? Copywriting & Content Creation – Write and refine ad copy, landing page content, and marketing materials.
???? Marketing Materials Development – Create content for lead magnets, email sequences, and other promotional assets.
???? Landing Page Optimization – Review and enhance landing pages for better conversion rates.
???? Internal Training Contributions – Document best practices and assist in training materials.
???? Marketing Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements.
???? Tool Implementation – Assist in selecting and integrating marketing tools for performance tracking.
???? Strategic Input – Provide insights on broader marketing strategies and campaign scaling opportunities.


Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
✔ Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Clarity or similar tracking tools.
✔ Ability to develop engaging ad creatives, including video ads.
✔ Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and marketing materials.
✔ Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and marketing funnels.
✔ Experience in marketing process improvement and tool implementation is a plus.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage tasks within limited hours.

Performance Tracks & Internship Structure:

Employees are divided into two tracks:

1. Advanced Track (High-Base, Low Compensation Bonus)

???? Expected to meet twice the performance and target expectations as compared to the Development Track.
???? Must achieve all targets independently by the 15th day.
???? Strict performance standards—failure may result in termination during probation.
???? Contractors for the first three months, expected to deliver high-level performance from day one.

2. Development Track (Low-Base, High Compensation Bonus)

???? Begins with mandatory training for the first 10 days (extendable based on performance).
???? Transition to contractor status within 1-2 months, with potential full-time employment by the 2nd or 3rd month.
???? Performance-based bonuses allow higher earnings over time.

Internship Program:

???? External Candidates – Free remote training with self-paced learning.
???? Internal Interns – Minimum 3-month internship with stipend, including on-site training.
???? Management Trainees (from IIT, IIM, XLRI, or 5+ years experience) receive direct senior-level training.
