Role Overview: Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in social media ads, PPC, funnels, and brand strategy. This role requires hands-on execution of digital marketing campaigns, performance tracking, and strategic optimization.

Key Responsibilities

???? Digital Advertising & Strategy

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
✅ Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads, ensuring high ROI.
✅ Create and implement funnels for lead generation and conversions.

???? Social Media & Website Management

✅ Manage and optimize social media content across platforms.
✅ Oversee and maintain the company website (Wix platform).
✅ Implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach.

???? Marketing Operations & Performance Analysis

✅ Track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
✅ Provide weekly & monthly reports on marketing performance.
✅ Ensure compliance with target-based compensation.

✍ Content & PR Management

✅ Create, review, and edit high-quality marketing content (blogs, VSLs, emails).
✅ Manage brand reputation & PR strategies.

???? Lead Generation & Target Achievement

✅ Meet lead generation targets and deliver month-close reports.
✅ Maintain LinkedIn & Upwork presence (rebranded as needed).

Required Skills & Qualifications

???? Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
???? Experience:
✔️ 8+ years of total work experience.
✔️ 2+ years in project management within a digital marketing environment.
✔️ Expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media ads.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Advertising.
✔️ Familiarity with AI marketing tools, Wix, and PR management.
✔️ Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
✔️ Ability to meet targets and provide detailed reports.

???? Communication & Work Ethic:
✔️ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
✔️ Comfortable presenting on camera for client calls.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Base Salary: ₹10,000 per month (for 10 hours/week).
