Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in planning and identifying their ideal travel itineraries.

• Proficient in using any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan).

• Handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, date changes, schedule changes, and refunds.

• Manage PPC calls to convert inquiries into sales.

• Negotiate and customize travel plans according to client needs.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of guest details and travel information.

• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve trip-related issues.

• Keep strong follow-up on leads and inquiries.

• Collaborate with airlines and handle customer interactions assertively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the US Voice Process (Inbound Travel Sales).

• Excellent knowledge of geography, including city codes, airports, and train stations.

• Proficiency in travel sales processes and international travel experience.

• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written in English).

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

• Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach.
