Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, sales, and team management.

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling experiences.

• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content (reels, styling videos, live sessions), and collaborate with influencers.

• Handle stock management, visual merchandising, and in-store promotions.

• Plan marketing campaigns and execute brand collaborations.

• Ensure smooth POS operations, cash handling, and compliance with store policies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail management experience (fashion preferred).

• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.

• Experience in social media marketing and content creation (Instagram, reels, video editing is a plus).

• Passion for fashion, trends, and digital engagement.
